Construction Simulator 2 is a simulator of a construction company available for download for mobile systems. During the game, you are at the helm of a construction company. You manage the construction sites and control the machines. The German Weltenbauer studio is the company which developed the game while the publisher is the established simulator company astragon. For the development studio, it is the first commercial game. On the other hand, the publisher has a variety of simulators under their belt. These are, among others, Construction Simulator 2015, Police Simulator 18, Transport Fever, Firefighting Simulator, and the Hunter: Call of the Wild. The game was released on March 22, 2017, and is available on the smartphones with Android and iOS.

The Story
The plot of the game Construction Simulator 2 puts you in the role of both the president and machine operator in a construction company. During the game, you will move to the non-existent American state of Westside Plains, in which you will manage your profitable business. Your main task will be the construction of roads and buildings. In total, sixty missions of various types are there waiting for you. The game developers have cleverly combined the economic and financial aspect with pure arcade action. In addition to mastering the skills of operating construction machines, you will have to take care of the finances of your company and make sure that it receives an appropriate number of orders.
The Gameplay
The game takes place in a large world with a relatively open structure. This gives you a lot of freedom in making decisions and managing the company. Initially, despite the fact that you can take any orders, you will have access only to the easier ones. They will let you get familiar with the mechanics of the game. As the company grows and its market position improves, you will unlock access to increasingly demanding orders, which of course will also bring you more income.
The creators of Construction Simulator 2 have also taken care of realism – after all the game is a simulator. Thirty-six vehicles, each with a license of the real manufacturers, have been squeezed into the game. You will be able to play with the machines of such brands as Liebherr, Bell, Caterpillar, STILL or ATLAS. Each machine has been reproduced with attention to detail, both visual and mechanical. This means that the vehicles faithfully reflect the performance of their real counterparts. The game also gives you the ability to upgrade the machines you own, and to buy the new ones.
The Graphics and the Physics in Construction Simulator 2
Construction Simulator 2 offers the players full 3D graphics, which is not yet the standard for mobile titles. The movement of individual vehicles has been also faithfully rendered. The vehicle models are detailed and so are the locations you visit. They make a much better impression than those seen in another mobile game of astragon – Construction Simulator 2014.
