Splatoon 2 is an online game which is a sequel to the original video game Splatoon (which was released back in 2015). Designed for the platform of Nintendo Switch, Splatoon 2 was introduced by the Nintendo studio which is also the developer and publisher of this thrilling action play. Released on 21st July 2017 this online setup can entertain up to eight players at a time. The plot revolves around the central character known as an Inkling, which can kill the attacking enemy by splashing ink on them. Clearing the different levels of difficulties, completing challenges and goals are all a part of the adventure. The controller can play individually or with a group of friends in the form of a third-person shooter.

The Game Review
The storyline is a continuation of its predecessor where Marie had defeated her cousin Callie in the Splatfest event. In this part, however, Marie returns home to find that the power source of the city has been stolen and Callie is nowhere to be found. Marie, who suspects that their enemies the Octarians are behind the disorder, comes into action as Agent 2 and prepares the character of the game. The new Inkling which is trained by Marie evolves into the story as Agent 4 to restore order. The user will control Agent 4 and with the guidance of Marie, help find the Great Zapfish and Callie who are in the control of the Octarians.
In the course of the adventure, the Inkling can alter their forms as a humanoid that uses its ink splashing power as a firing weapon or a squid form in which they retain the power of swimming through ink in order to refill their lost ink stocks. You can control the actions of the protagonist via the directional movement of the motion controls.
Bombs are an excellent weapon to blast off more significant groups of opponent’s attack. You can use guns to target single enemies at a distance by aiming at them. The main performer will be exposed to many different kinds of tools that can be upgraded as you progress through the higher levels. Ammunition is an essential part of the plot as one wrong choice could let the Octarians outweigh you.
To help with the directions and various routes, you are also provided with a map. The user can smartly use this map to know where the possible danger lies and which areas to avoid. The game starts with a tutorial mode that gives you an idea about how to play safely and smartly. After the tutorial, it is advisable that the player starts the campaign mode as it accustoms them to play the game. Further great abilities such as a Super Jump that helps you make rapid movements from one place to another; protective helmet-like headgears and extra time bonuses can get the players ahead of the enemy attack.
An additional tip to the user is to camouflage their Inkling with the surrounding ink and make a surprise attack. This will help you to avoid the enemies around the corner.
