This is a spoiler free review of the first two episodes of Agatha All Along. As I write this the series is still going on. I thought that WandaVision was fantastic and one of the best things about it was Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness, the witch causing trouble! Hahn returns with a fantastic ensemble cast who are all super entertaining and 100 buy into this awesome world of witches and magic.

The TV Series Review
At this point in the MCU, a basic understanding of what has happened before is pretty much essential with most new entries. That is doubly true for Agatha All Along, it tries to fill in what happened to Agatha at the end of WandaVision, but I would say that you have to have seen WandaVision before you watch this.
Agatha All Along follows on from the end of WandaVision. The Scarlett Witch/Wanda trapped Agatha in a version of her TV world, without her powers and without her memories. This in many ways was a very fitting end for Agatha and honestly, a punishment far worse than death for the troublesome witch.
I got a huge kick out of Agatha playing a detective as she slowly starts to have cracks of her memory appear. A new character, simply called Teen (played by Joe Locke) shows up and he tries to help Agatha remember who she is. Agatha and Teen have great chemistry together and he sees her as his idol and a mentor who can help train him in the way of magic. Agatha on the other hand sees him more as an annoying pet whom she is pretty much forced to let tag along.
The Journey to the Witches Road
Let me say, I have been loving this show so far, I am all in and it is full of so many twists and turns so I am not going to spoil it for those of you who have not watched it yet. The premise of the show is that Agatha and her “followers” are making their way to the Witches Road which will grant them what they are missing. That is what our coven is working towards and it so far has been exciting, hilarious, and super entertaining.
I just knew I was going to love this show and have a whole lot of fun with it. One of the things I was most excited about with Agatha All Along was Aubrey Plaza and Debra Jo Rupp being part of this coven. Debra Jo Rupp is absolutely hilarious in her role here, returning to her role from WandaVision, but in a real witchy twist.
Final Thoughts
If you liked WandaVision or just like the idea of witches and magic being part of the MCU, Agatha All Along is for you. Even though as I write this I am only three episodes into the show, I have been super entertained and I so wish that Disney Plus would have just put this on there all at once so I could binge watch it. I get that some people like the once a week thing as they feel it gives them time to appreciate a show, but I am past the once a week schedule these days.
