SUPERAntiSpyware 10.0.1246

There is no shortage of software out there that claims to keep your computer free from malware and today we are looking at SUPERAntiSpyware. There is a free and paid-for version of this and as you have probably guessed, my cheap rear-end just used the free version. However, we will look at what the Pro X Edition offers too.

How to Download SUPERAntiSpyware

To download the program, click on the Download button at the end of this review. SUPERAntiSpyware Professional X Edition is compatible with most modern Windows versions but you should be aware that the Pro X Edition doesn’t work on Windows XP and Windows Vista.

The Program Review

While they seem to just talk about malware and any review you see of this will talk about malware. It is worth noting that this thing is here to protect you from all kinds of nasty stuff that is online. Malware, spyware, adware, trojans, worms, keyloggers, and more are all dealt with thanks to SUPERAntiSpyware. I was very impressed at the number of things it could protect your computer against.

The first thing I have to say is great about this software is the whole download process and the way it works. It takes up next to no space on your computer and I have not been bombarded with pop-ups or have noticed my computer running slower because of it. I have lost count of the amount of anti-spyware software I have tried to use and ended up deleting because it kept harassing me or made my computer run slow!

Once you have this all installed, you have the main screen which is very easy to figure out. In the free version, the only option that you need to care about is the scan computer. You click this and it will scan your computer and show you if there is any nasty stuff on there. You can then get the SUPERAntiSpyware to take care of it, it really is that simple.

That is pretty much all you get with the free version of this. To be honest with you, if you remember to scan your computer regularly, this is probably more than enough. The premium version of the software which is called the Pro X Edition has a lot of stuff going on, but it does cost you 40 bucks for a one-year license which is not a bad price to be fair.

There are many features that the Pro X Edition offers you, but I want to focus on a few of the big ones. To start with, it can work in real time and nail a virus as soon as it tries to hit your computer. You can schedule it so it will scan your computer at regular times. It even will update itself (which it seems to do on a monthly basis) so your computer is protected against all new nasty malware and viruses that are out there.

It is worth mentioning that if you do buy a license for the Pro X Edition it is only for one computer. However, you can buy a second license for another computer for only 15 bucks. Also, if you are a business, they do offer various deals so that you can keep as many computers protected as possible, but you would have to contact them to set this up, but after a quick look, I found you can protect 5 users for 70 bucks a year.
