ARMA 3 is a downloadable shooter game that was released in 2013. It is the third part of the famous series created by Czech development studio Bohemia Interactive. The game takes us to the Mediterranean islands of Greece. The setting of ARMA 3 is the world just after a military conflict has ended. Together with your brothers in arms, you fight for domination in the region. Several groups are your enemy, and this makes the scenario more complex. The beginning of the game is not very dynamic but this leaves a lot of room for you to get to know the game and familiarize yourself with the weaponry. You can choose one of the two game modes as ARMA 3 can be played by just one player or in multi.
In the single-player mode, you have to fight against enemy troops, as a soldier. Together with your companions, you try to take over the terrain. You have access to 40 different weapons and 20 vehicles. The game offers a lot of choices. You shoot, destroy tanks and use various weapons.
The game story is logically written. In ARMA 3 you don’t fight with mysterious clones that do not resemble anything human. You combat faithfully reproduced soldiers from modern times. The story is full of twists and turns, it is complex and contains many threads. The single-player mode is quite difficult and thus gives you a lot of satisfaction from gaining points. The game has huge maps. Consequently, you don’t get bored after a while having seen the whole world. The game also offers a huge number of different quests and side missions.

The first game in the series was ARMA: Armed Assault which was released in 2006. It was followed by ARMA: Queen’s Gambit, released a year later.
