PAYDAY 2 is the second part of the popular online shooter. In the game, you play as one of the criminals taking part in various robbery attacks. Just like the first part, the title is meant for cooperative online play online. The studio responsible for the creation of the game is OVERKILL Software, which is known mainly because of the first PAYDAY game. This title had its premiere on August 13, 2013, and is available on PCs and the consoles: Xbox One, Xbox 360, Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS3.

The Story
PAYDAY 2 tells the story of a gang of criminals who operate in the city of Washington. The player plays as one of the members of the criminal organization and performs dangerous missions through the CRIMENET network. The missions usually require up to four players who must cooperate with each other in order to perform the task and safely leave the crime scene. The game offers a number of game modes, among which, in addition to the classic robberies, there are abductions and drugs trafficking. Each of the characters that you can control in the mission has a specific specialization. These are Mastermind, Enforcer, Ghost, and Technician. Each of the characters has also its own skills system. The skills can be developed as you progress in the game and gained experience.
The Mechanics of PAYDAY 2
PAYDAY 2 is, at its heart, a classic FPS game. What makes this game unique is the necessity of cooperation between individual gang members. The player who will not support his teammates has no chance of success. The creators of the game put great emphasis on the fact that the game would essentially force the players to cooperate. During the mission, various dangers await, ranging from ordinary bodyguards to federal agents. The randomness of the events makes it impossible to master the missions and remember what to do at each step. Many events occur completely randomly and thus they can take the players completely by surprise. In relation to the first PAYDAY game, the artificial intelligence of the opponents has been significantly improved. They now are able to cooperate more effectively and will anticipate your actions better.
The Graphics and the Technical Issues
PAYDAY 2 scores high when it comes to the visual design. Large, detailed locations give the game realism. The game’s world looks much better than in the first installment of the game.
