Dark Souls: Remastered is a downloadable game which is published by Namco Bandai Games and is developed by FromSoftware. The downloadable version of the video game was released in 2012. The genre of the game in action and Dark Souls can be played as a single-player mode or a multiplayer mode. A second installment of the game as Dark Souls II was later released in 2014 while Dark Souls III appeared in 2016. In 2018 the players received Dark Souls: Remastered with enhanced graphics.

The Game Review
The goal of the game is based on stopping the world of the Undead from destroying the human world. The user as a player will have to follow the storyline which will eventually be revealed through the dialogues given in the game.
The storyline of the game is based upon an ancient time when the world was under the control of the dragons. During this period the dragons are defeated when Gwyn (the final boss in the games) acquires a magical item called Lord Soul and starts the Age of Fire. However, as the flame begins to flicker away with the evolution of human and the sacrifice of Gwyn, the undead curse worsens the scenario. This curse causes the human to come back to life which needs to stop to restore order. The player controls the hero from the third-person perspective and portrays the role of a cursed undead that is barred away in an undead asylum.
In order to save the race from the curse, the player needs to find the Lord Souls and return them to the flame.
The controls of the game for the PC version are relatively simple and are controlled by the keys of a keyboard. W, S, D, A are used to run forward, backward, right and left respectively. Different keys are used to move the camera in all directions and resetting the camera position. A specific set of keys are used to switch the types of equipment in control while another set of keys are used to perform different actions such as using an item or rolling and making gestures. However, all these controls are the default and can be reset according to the convenience of the user.
The game is situated in a spacious worldly environment that allows the player to take various pathways and explore the different locations by unlocking the multiple areas. There is no map available for the players to keep track of their position. Weapons are one of the most essential tools that can be owned by the player and decides the performance of the player in the game. Every weapon is equally important and plays a critical role in helping the player to combat his enemies. You can also upgrade these weapons to earn full benefits of these tools.
The player will also find Bonfires throughout the game which marks the checkpoints for each level. Another important detail of the game is the human system in which the player can either exist as a hollow form or as a human form. The player turns into a hollow form whenever he dies in the game and can only return to the human form after acquiring an item known as humanity.
