Our verdict
- Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte are a ton of fun together
- It is so easy to see how so many other buddy cop movies tried to emulate this
- It has action, comedy, and characters you care about
- The sequel is not as good as this one
- I think I will always prefer Beverly Hills Cop over this
