Avengers: Age of Ultron is a superhero action movie produced by Marvel Studio. The film is a sequel to The Avengers and was distributed by Walt Disney Studios and Motion Pictures. Age of Ultron is directed by Joss Whedon and features Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, and Elizabeth Olsen as the main cast.

The Film Review
Released on 13th April 2015, Age of Ultron continues the story as we get to see how the Avengers raid and apprehend Wolfgang von Strucker, who has been experimenting on humans with the staff that Loki possessed. There, the Avengers encounter Pietro Maximoff and Wanda Maximoff with powers like superhuman speed and telekinesis.
Meanwhile, a sentient named Ultron shows up believing he must eradicate all mankind to save the Earth. Ultron attacks the Avengers at their headquarters and escapes with Loki’s staff. The Avengers try to retaliate by attacking Ultron but the Maximoffs prevent them by placing haunting visions in their heads, causing Hulk to go on a rampage.
The destruction causes a backlash from the world community which enforces the Avengers to go into hiding. On the other end, Ultron uses the scepter and combines it with Dr. Helen Cho’s synthetic-tissue technology and Wakandan vibranium to form an impenetrable body for himself. Stark secretly uploads his A.I, J.A.R.V.I.S, on to the synthetic body after which Thor (be sure to also see him Thor: Ragnarok) activates it using one of the infinity stones.
J.A.R.V.I.S. becomes Vision and is joined by the Avengers along with the Maximoffs to fight against Ultron and his army. Stark and Thor successfully overload Ultron’s machine through which he was going to attempt to destroy humanity whereas, Vision confronts and finishes off Ultron’s last remaining body parts. The Avengers establish a new base as Rogers and Romanoff prepare to train the new Avengers: Rhodes, Vision, Sam Wilson, and Wanda.
After the success of The Avengers, Whedon was once again bestowed a huge responsibility to carry out the sequel and continue the standards that had been set in the previous film.
At the same time, Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) was chosen once again to lead the animation designs. According to ILM VFX supervisor Ben Snow, Avengers: Age of Ultron was by far the biggest project he had worked on. Snow further explained how managing 3000 visual effects shots was no simple task for him and his team was.
ILM’s efforts mostly revolved around animating, designing the proper layout and finally refining the original shots in the film. Apart from that, the city of Sokovia was also an entity designed by ILM specifically for this film. Snow explains that although it was a complex task, he still thoroughly enjoyed working on it with the team.
The film’s main theme song was composed by Brian Tyler, marking his third film collaboration with Marvel Studios.
Overall, Avengers: Age of Ultron is simply a masterpiece which has been designed with the utmost sleekness. The film managed to hit up to $1.4 billion, making it the second consecutive Avengers film to go beyond the $1 billion mark. The film is full of action, adventure, and is topped with graphic designs that literally make its viewers.
