Our verdict
- Tom Ripley is one of Matt Damon’s best roles
- I love how the movie keeps you on edge
- The 1950s Italian setting is gorgeous
- The Blu-Ray release is fine, but this could do with a proper 4K restoration
- Some may not like the ending, my wife is one who certainly does not!
