Well, I have to say that RuneLite has certainly opened up a can of worms for me! I was massively addicted to Old School RuneScape, but this client has managed to drag me back in after I thought I was out. I have to say that this is 100 percent free and it is also open source.

The Program Review
As is the case with any OSRS client, you use this at your own risk. Jagex are not always the biggest fans of clients and they can ban you for using one so please keep that in mind before you use this. In my opinion, 99 percent of people who use this will be fine, but you still should know that there is a risk associated with something like this.
As is the case with any Old School RuneScape client this one here is packed with features. Before I get to what this can do, I have to say it is very easy to use. The window pops up on the right side of your screen and gives you all of the options that you can use, play with, and so on. It is all very easy to figure out and as this is aimed at more experienced OSRS players, I do not see anyone having trouble with this.
When I’m writing this RuneLite currently has over 60 different features that you can use with OSRS. Of course, I cannot list them all, but I thought I would talk about a handful of the ones that I personally found very useful and I wanted to start with training agility which is made so much easier with this.
The way this works is that anything you can climb on is highlighted green, it saves you clicking around like a maniac trying to find stuff. Fishing is so easier and less annoying with this as it will track the fish and tell you where they are. All the fishing spots look the same in this game so this one I found to be a real-time-saver.
One feature that was way handier than I thought was customizing ground items. You can make it so ground items will have color around them depending on what their value is. I really liked this and it is the kind of feature that does not sound all that exciting, but again, it is a real time saver.
There are some things that you can turn on which can help you with specific parts of the game. For example, you can make it show you how to complete a puzzle box, show you tiles and click boxes to get through a maze, and so on. It is very impressive just how many features this thing has.
If you play Old School RuneScape and have been looking for a client that can make your life easier and take a bit of the tedium out of certain aspects, RuneLite is perfect. I know there is a risk using a client like this, but in the time, I messed around with it, I had no issues at all and had a great time!
