This is completely free and when you download it from Steam it treats it as an addon and it will automatically install to your Skyrim folder without you having to do anything.
Another neat feature of this being on Steam is that it should run automatically whenever you fire up Skyrim. One of the best features of this is that thanks to most of the best mods for Skyrim being on Steams Workshop, you never need to leave Steam. You have a one-stop shop for all your Skyrim modding needs. This is not just convenient; it also makes things so much easier.
