Neverwinter is a free massively multiplayer online role-playing game. It was developed by Cryptic Studios and published by Perfect World Entertainment in December 2013. It is available for Windows, Xbox, and PS4. The game is based on Dungeons and Dragons, a table-top role-playing game system which was originally released in 1974. The purpose of the game is to defend and explore the city of Neverwinter which was previously destroyed in Dungeons and Dragons. Other games similar to this include Star Trek Online and Dragon Nest Europe.

The Game Review
The game starts with an introductory video displaying a combat scenario depicting the war between Valindra and the citizens of the fallen city of Neverwinter. After the video, you choose the race of your character. A number of options are available, including human, Dragonborn, half-orc, wood elf, sun elf, dwarf, halfling, and half-elf, amongst others. Next, you choose your gender. After that, you choose your character class. A few options for character class are a wizard, cleric, fighter, guardian, and a ranger. Each character has its own points of strength, dexterity, wisdom, charisma, constitution, and intelligence. In the end, you customize the appearance of your character.
After you’re done with character customization, you start the adventure. The game begins as you reach the land of Neverwinter, through a ship which has been attacked and wrecked. However, you survived. Neverwinter has been attacked by Queen Valindra. You need to search the ruins of the shipwreck for any weapons you can find in order to be able to defend yourself against the forces of Queen Valindra. A quest path leads you to your objectives and you can interact with individuals and objects nearby. Additionally, you own a journal in which the details of your upcoming objectives are written down. It is through this journal that you can toggle your quest path on or off.
Your objectives include helping people heal and preventing the enemy from resurrecting and using the dead for their own purposes. You need to defend the city of Neverwinter in any way you can. At the beginning of the game, you will notice that there are some tasks you are unable to perform. However, as you complete quests and objectives, your experience and your abilities increase, enabling you to perform more tasks with better accuracy.
This game has the facility of in-application purchases and Steam trading cards. A maximum of five players is allowed at one time.
