There are two: Morrowind and Summerset, the latter with the setting on the islands of Summerset. It’s worth to know that the game has changed its name to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited after it was decided that the player does not have to pay a monthly subscription but just a one-time fee instead. The microtransactions allow you to purchase other in-game options and the expansions need to be purchased and downloaded separately.
The Elder Scrolls Online Review
Three factions are in the opposition to the spreading evil. The first of them is Dominium Aldmeri Dominion, which includes the Altmer (High Elves), the Bosmers (Wood Elves) and the Khajiit. The second faction is Ebonheart Pact with the Nord, the Dunmer (Dark Elves), and the Argonians. The third is the Daggerfall Covenant, which includes the Orcs, the Bretons, and the Redguards. Their main goal is to banish the forces of evil from the capital.
You start the game by creating your character. You can choose from ten available races (the nine quoted above and the neutral Imperials). There are also and a few different character classes: Templar, Sorcerer, Dragonknight, Nightblade, and Warden.
During the game, the main character performs various missions and tasks that are commissioned by characters from various guilds (for example warriors, mages or thieves). The hero will of course face mighty opponents. Many different weapons, both melee and ranged, are available. You can also use defensive and offensive spells. You will be able to constantly develop the skills of your hero. During the game, your character can create new clothing, armor, make magic potions and create new, more effective spells.
The setting of the game is the nine realms that are provinces of the Empire of Tamriel. Each of them has a different topography, vegetation, and architecture.
The Elder Scrolls Online has been released on the Windows PC platform. There are also versions for macOS, and for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. Because the game is an MMORPG, the emphasis is put on interaction with other players.
The player has a lot of freedom when it comes to exchanging goods between the participants of the game. The course of the game is supervised by the administrators. It is worth noting that the voiceovers are done professionally, and all the dialogues and statements have a professional background music. All fights take place in real time.
