Our verdict
- The idea of Zed joining the academy is great
- It has the same kind of slapstick humor that made the other movies popular
- Cadet Karen Adams is easy on the eyes
- This is still nowhere near as good as the first movie
- I did not care for most of the new recruits, except Zed
