The Song Review
Pitbull – Rain Over Me – the Meaning of the Lyrics
Pitbull’s song is about how he feels cut off and out of place in the urban environment. To “rain over me” is a metaphor for his being submerged and overwhelmed by the sensations and stimulations that are ultimately unsatisfying in the lack of a natural human state.
Despite this, he continues to look for it. Pitbull is, without a doubt, the poet of our day.

Pitbull has once again taken away people’s heartbeats with the outstanding video shots in the song. You can also catch some ladies in the video, which adds a little adulterous touch. But it’s a perfect party song to groove your feet on it.
