The character customization is relatively basic as players are only required to set up the most basic features including hairstyles and the clothing. In addition to that, players are also required to set up their unique usernames to which, they shall be referred to by the AI and other online players.
Once the customization is complete, the players land on a tutorial island where they learn the basics of the game including gathering resources and making use of them by crafting and designing different objects that can help them in battle. Once the tutorial is complete, players set off on a journey where they make use of their surroundings in order to level up and increase their stats.
One of the main features of this game is its wide gameplay that allows the player to interact with all of its surroundings. The game enables the players to completely take responsibility of their characters by making use of their surroundings to make the best of it. A few examples include players cutting down trees to gain wood, mining rocks to acquire metal, and killing animals in order to equip themselves with meat that can further be cooked into food for health regeneration.
