Scania Truck Driving Simulator is a single-player game with partial multiplayer features only in the form of uploading the earned points onto a global desk where players can compare their rankings with one another.
Apart from that, the game is a purely single-player experience that offers a variety of game modes, all linked to testing the player’s truck driving skills. The main game modes available to play include Driving License, Driver Competition, Dangerous Drives, Freeform Driving, and Time Reaction Test.
In the Driving License mode, players get to learn the basics as they exploit the main controls of the bus including its forward and reverse movements, handling, brakes, and dealing with mirrors.
In Driver Competition mode, players are required to complete a certain set of challenges that involve the players driving around specific areas, making sure they follow all the rules as they drive to the finish line.
Dangerous Drives mode features relatively more dangerous tracks where players are faced with tougher challenges by driving at the edge of cliffs of mountains, narrow roads, and in-between obstacles.
