This is compatible with all forms of email. I have both a Yahoo and a Gmail account and I connected them both to this without any hassle at all. One of the things that I think is great about this software is that it is very, very easy to use. They have a tutorial on their site, but I found the whole thing to be very intuitive and easy to work around right from the start.
Let’s say you have a business where you sell things and you need to send out a bunch of invoices, catalogs, special promotions, or whatever. With Auto Email Sender, you can make it so that it sends an email out to a ton of email addresses at once. Best of all, you can make it so it looks like it was just sent to that one person so they do not feel like they are just one of a thousand people getting that same email.
You can even set it so that it will send the email at a specific date and time. It is able to handle multiple attachments and it supports emails that contain both HTML and plain text. It uses what is called SMTP, basically what this is, is a way to try and stop people’s email providers from thinking that the email you are sending is spam.
There is no limit to the number of emails you can send with this, be it a hundred or a thousand. They do warn you multiple times on the site not to use it for spam which I think is a responsible thing for them to do. I also liked how there were many features that keep you informed on how things are working.
What I mean by this are features such as the ability to delete any repeat email addresses at the press of a button, this prevents you from accidentally spamming a person with the same email multiple times. It also has a great error log that will tell you emails that failed to send so you can check if the address is right or just get rid of it if it no longer exists.
In all, I think that this is a fantastic piece of software and the fact it is free really is the icing on the cake for me. If you do have a job where sending lots of emails to different people each day is part of it, Auto Email Sender is going to make your life so much easier. They have designed this to be as easy to use as possible, but they do teach you how to use every aspect of it on the site.
