The Plot
Now You See Me 2 continues the story of the first movie as we get to see the Four Horsemen -J. Daniel Atlas, Merritt McKinney, Jack Wilder, and Lula May- in action once again. After receiving no word from their leader Dylan Rhodes, Atlas goes on ahead and contacts The Eye himself to gain answers.
Meanwhile, Rhodes tells them that their next mission is to expose a businessman named Owen Case.
But it gets better.
During their show, a mysterious voice appears in the background which ironically exposes the Horsemen along with Rhodes instead. The team attempts to escape through the roof pipeline but end up in Macau where they are captured by Walter Mabry, the ex-partner of Case who wants the Four Horsemen to steal a special chip from him, so he can use it for his own benefits.
The Horsemen agree as they go shopping for supplies from a magic shop run by Li and Bu Bu. The Horsemen try to contact The Eye once again, but it is revealed that Mabry was fooling them by pretending to sound like The Eye. At the same time, Rhodes is termed as a fugitive and is forced to reconcile with his old rival Thaddeus Bradley.

Now You See Me 2 Review
After the success of the first film, a sequel was soon announced by the filmmakers. Similar to its predecessor, Now You See Me 2 contains those unique jaw-dropping moments that completely leave the audience in utter shock.
Scenes like how the Horsemen evade the security guard in through the metal detector seems intense but behind the scenes, it’s all a combination of some incredible shots that create the magic. According to Jon M. Chu, the filmmakers used a large variety of cameras which make everything seem larger.
The variety of cameras included GoPro, a7S, drones, and Steadicam. To top it all off, the filmmakers used elements of CG to make some of the scenes as real as they appeared on the big screens. Moving on, the main score of the film was composed by Brian Taylor. It was released on 10th June 2016, by Varèse Sarabande.
Overall, the film did quite well on the box office by generating a revenue of over $334 million. The film, as expected, is entertaining, intense, and very thrilling to watch!
