To start with what I love about the whole CopyTrans series is that it takes away the reliance of having to deal with iTunes and the iCloud which can be frustrating as hell! When it is all going well, Apple products are great, but over the years I have found that they can also be annoying to use when things are not working as well as they should.
If you want to backup your iPhone or even restore it, you can do that with CopyTrans Shelbee and not need to worry about any steps that you may have missed with iTunes. You can handpick what data you want to restore on your iPhone or iPad and that is something I think is very cool. So, you can just restore your photos without having to restore the whole phone for example.
The whole thing could not be any easier to use. Once you have the program up and running you have a selection of boxes for the various things that you want to restore. You just select the ones you want to restore to an earlier version, click the button and let this thing work its magic, it really is that easy.
One feature that I am sure many people will love is how it works with WhatsApp. I know that my wife has some WhatsApp message threads with her friends that go on forever and she does not want to lose them. If you were to get a new phone, your WhatsApp account and contacts would be carried over, but not the actual message threads. With this, you can take your WhatsApp messages from your iPhone and put them on your new one.
This really is a great alternative to using iCloud which can be a pain in the butt to use. If you were to buy CopyTrans Shelbee on its own, you would be paying $19.99. The extra ten bucks you are spending is well worth it in my opinion.
