Arizona Sunshine is an immersive, VR powered game where you get to explore Arizona in all of its glory and check out a huge range of different zombies. The great thing about the game is that it encourages you to gain complete immersion. Arizona Sunshine Review
Unlike many VR games, Arizona Sunshine actually has a great campaign and here you will need to complete objectives and levels as you try to reach the end and step away from this world full of zombies. But doing that is not going to be easy. The entire game world is full of zombies here. And that’s why you need to deal with everything at your disposal in order to boost your arsenal and get rid of these unwanted creatures.
The interesting thing is that you also have a horde mode. In this mode, players stay in a small camp and they get to encounter multiple waves of zombies. That’s definitely interesting because in both modes the game puts a lot of emphasis on coop. Doing that is always going to be extremely hard, and you really need to find great, creative and fun ways to enjoy new places and explore great ideas as you go along. You do need to try and defend yourself at all times because every simple zombie attack can be your last.
It’s one of those things that make Arizona Sunshine so good, the fact that you always need to browse your surroundings. Zombies appear out of nowhere and if you want to stay alive you have to do everything at your disposal, otherwise, you will die. Which is why you have to study the situation, assess any possible problems and deal with them in the best possible way. Is it going to be very tricky? Of course, but it can also be super rewarding. Every minor thing matters here, and the more you focus on exploration and finding great results the better it will be in the end.
Communication is crucial in this game. You need to talk with players and even during missions you need to contact other survivors if you can. Either way, you will mostly encounter quite a lot of zombies and you will have to find creative, new ways to deal with them, otherwise, it will be very difficult to stay alive.
Is Arizona Sunshine a good game? If you love zombies and horde mode games in general, this is a must play. But considering that the entire experience is in VR and it delivers full immersion, it really is something that you should check out. Not only is it fun, but it's fast paced too, and the visuals are breathtaking. Certainly worth a shot!

- Lights and textures can be glitchy at times
